Well...just a little under two months to go before I run the Grandma's Marathon. This will be the BIG 5 for me, my 5th marathon, I can't believe it! When I ran my first marathon five years ago, I thought that would be the only one, but after that feeling of crossing the finish line at the St. George Marathon.... I was hooked. I love running, especially early in the morning. I love the fresh air and how everything seems so still and quiet. I LOVE IT!!! Anyway, this will be my first marathon in two years, so training has been a bit hard but gradually getting easier. My wonderful sister-in-law Shannon will be running the marathon with me this year, this will be her first marathon, HOORAY SHANNON! She keeps telling me this will be her only one, but I think she will change her mind after she crosses the finish line :). Thursday, April 24, 2008
Marathon #5 !

That is awesome! Have fun! We are doing a Race for the cure 5k, but I plan on walking with the stroller most of the way. ;)
Wow! That is awesome! I watched the runners of the St George marathon once and it was really inspiring.....but not that inspiring to get me running!
You are my hero. I wish I loved to run... You need to move back to Utah so your love for running will rub off on me.
